Orders and shipping
How long until my order arrives?
Posters are printed by our print partner and usually arrive 5–11 business days after you order. 3D Prints are made in our studio and ship within 1–2 business days; they usually arrive 3–8 business days after you order. Each product page shows its own estimate, and you get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is charged per order and depends on what's in it: Posters start at $8.95 per order, plus a little for each extra print. The cart shows the exact amount before you pay. See Shipping. If you order from both collections, they ship separately in two packages.
Where's my order?
Check it any time on the order tracking page with your order number and email.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet: US addresses only for now.
About the products
Where do the artworks come from?
From museum open-access collections, such as the Art Institute of Chicago. We only use works the museum marks public domain (CC0), and every print page credits the artist, the date and the source.
Are prints framed?
No. Prints are sent unframed on archival matte paper, in the size you choose, ready for a frame of the same size.
Will the colors match my screen?
Closely, but not exactly: every screen shows color a little differently. If an exact match matters, email us before ordering.
Who makes what?
3D Prints are made to order in our own studio. Posters are printed on demand and shipped by our print partner. Every product page says which.
Can models be used with food or go in the dishwasher?
No. Our models aren't made for food contact and shouldn't go in the dishwasher: the heat warps the plastic.
Returns
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. You don't need to send it back. See Returns & refunds.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes: unused pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email us first for the return address; return shipping is paid by you. See Returns & refunds.
